SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping policy covers various aspects of the delivery process, including shipping methods, expected delivery times, shipping costs, tracking information, shipping restrictions, and international shipping.

Shipping Methods

We collaborate with two reputable transport companies for deliveries: ACS Courier for Greece and Cyprus, and UPS for European Union countries and the USA .

Delivery within Greece

All orders within Greece will be handled by ACS Courier, ensuring delivery to the address specified during the order placement.

Delivery Days & Times:

ACS delivers on weekdays (Monday to Friday) , excluding weekends and public holidays, from 09:00 to 18:00 in Attica. For other areas in Greece, the delivery times align with the operating hours of the local ACS partner or office.

Delivery Times:

Typically, the delivery time for all orders is 1-3 working days since you receive the email / Whatsup notification with the tracking number .
However, remote areas might require 4-7 working days for delivery. For more specific details on hard-to-reach areas, please visit the ACS website.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping costs 2€ -5€ for orders up to 150 €, while orders over 150€ qualify for free shipping. For cash-on-delivery orders a 3 € fee is applied. All prices include VAT.

In case of initial delivery failure due to recipient absence or other reasons, ACS will attempt to deliver on the next working day. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the parcels will be held at the local ACS Courier for 10 calendar days. After that period, they will be automatically returned to Marina Vernicos Collection central warehouses.

Delivery in Cyprus

All orders in Cyprus are delivered by ACS Courier, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Times:

The standard delivery time for all orders in Cyprus is 5-7 working days .

Shipping Charges:

The shipping fee for Cyprus deliveries is €10.00, with free shipping available for orders over €200.00.

Delivery to European Union countries

For orders within the European Union (excluding Cyprus) and other international destinations, we use UPS for shipping.

Delivery Days & Times:

The delivery schedule depends on the local UPS courier service’s operating regulations. For more specific information, please check the UPS website or contact your local UPS courier office.

Delivery Times within the EU:

Express shipping takes 2-6 days.

Shipping Charges within the European Union:

Shipping charges are calculated during the order completion process based on the billing zone or shipping country and the selected delivery service (Economy Express or Express). Orders exceeding €300 qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing and Shipping Times:

Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays, and available in our warehouse, will be processed on the same day. For orders placed after 12:00 on weekdays, weekends, or when the product is not in our warehouse, processing will occur on the next working day.

Delayed or Lost Orders:

If a delivery faces unexpected delays, please contact us via email or phone, and we will provide assistance. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

During busy periods like Black Friday, sale periods, end of the year, Holy Week, or force majeure events, dispatches and deliveries might experience delays. In some cases, these delays can exceed 5-10 working days for orders within Greece and 10-15 working days for international orders.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:

In case your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to cover the shipping costs again for reshipment. We cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred during this process.

• Cash on Delivery 
  You can pay your order during the receipt to the employee of the ACS courier on arrival . Available only for orders within Greece .
• Credit / Debit Card
  All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
• PayPal
  You can pay your order through PayPal. PayPal is an online money transfer service. It is being used worldwide for secure transactions over the Internet.The PayPal payment is completed under the strict terms of trade imposed by PayPal company.
